Well, I have little experience in this field. Started a funding company with some Friends a number of years ago. Basically what we did was put people who needed money together with people who wanted to loan money. Some projects we worked on was waste to energy(still have this ongoing, cost 200 million per plant), water desalination plants 100 million + and a water pipeline from northern Mississippi River into Texas and Oklahoma. Yes, they are expensive but can be paid for over a period of time. This was private companies we were working with but our Government could do this same thing. If Congress would spend a fraction of the time on projects like these and less time trying to bring Trump down, this great Country would be even greater. So many things it could doforit's people and they have to squabble over nothing. now, that's sad.....
