I couldn't stand any of them and cooking with them doesn't always work. They turn to water....or something and, frankly, have no taste. If I get French or Italian bread, I want something to spread on it that has a nice buttery taste. Canola Harvest happened to be on sale at the Safeway I went to. I really liked it and since I used to buy real butter and melt it for pancakes, it was a better alternative. And no I don't work for Canola Harvest. LOL. I am retired, babysit my granddaughter and paint.PammieJeannoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3360697570873499457.post-62849841746186769522011-11-01T11:04:44.738-07:002011-11-01T11:04:44.738-07:00Hey PammieJean, you forgot to tell us the name of ...Hey PammieJean, you forgot to tell us the name of the margerine that tastes like butter...A Modest Scriblerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07698092153994590787noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3360697570873499457.post-74379854776132062482011-11-01T10:36:27.382-07:002011-11-01T10:36:27.382-07:00I watch FN quite a bit: Sweet Genius, Diners and ...I watch FN quite a bit: Sweet Genius, Diners and Dives and a few others. I'm a good one for adding butter for flavoring but not as much as Paula does. Instead, I'll add a dash of Mrs. Dash. It goes a long way. Here in Fargo, I finally found the margarine I used to use in Phoenix. It took me two months to find it...guess it must have been because of the blizzards. It is made in Canada. To me it tastes just like butter but has no trans fats!PammieJeannoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3360697570873499457.post-46700555661258725032011-11-01T09:16:59.533-07:002011-11-01T09:16:59.533-07:00Hi Grenadavet! She's got that mass of hair that I know is just falling into every cooking pot..it just looks nasty! However, I recently saw her on a talk show pouring a new type of cream cheese straight into her mouth from the tub, and it made me cringe. I still love her, but it will be a while before I can watch her without thinking of the cream cheese debacle.Crystalnoreply@blogger.com
